Whimsical, playful, and downright beautiful, the Life-Size Walking Fish Floor Lamp from LZF is a wondrous life-size lighting sculpture ready to bring its unique form and fine craftsmanship to your well-appointed home. In order to produce this floor lamp, craftsman Manolo Martin utilizes a traditional Valencian technique known as ‘vareta’: a process of creating a three-dimensional model by using sustainably-sourced wood strips treated with water. Inside Fish is a series of shining orbs, these balls of light acting to animate this most genial of fishes. Eager to make friends of all shapes and sizes, Fish is content anywhere: from a children’s playroom to a corporate lobby and everything in-between.
