Description
In London during the swinging sixties, a certain supermodel made her mark on the British capital and then set about taking the world by storm! The counter opposite of her waiflike figure, the Twiggy AL pendant gleans its name from the material it’s made from rather than its shape. The braided bamboo fixtures, in brown or natural, filter the light emitted through its central shade to cast playful patterns on surrounding surfaces. Ay Illuminate’s design team, Ay Lin Heinen and Nelson Sepulveda, work with artisans to dream up these luminous creations. The fixtures are “handmade” in the truest sense of the word so longer lead-times may apply and slight variations in the profiles of each pendant may exist.
