Legs: die-cast aluminum, polished or powder-coated.
Body: webbed metal frame with molded polyurethane foam.
Tufted seat cushions: polyurethane foam core and chamber cushion overlay (filled with polyurethane foam lozenges, latex and a mix of goose feathers and down).
Tufted back cushions: chamber cushions filled with polyurethane foam cubes and ball fibers.
Pointed cushions: filled with polyurethane foam lozenges and feathers.
Tufted Ottoman: wooden panel, polyurethane foam core and chamber cushion overlay (filled with polyurethane foam lozenges, latex and a mix of goose feathers and down).
Cosy 2: 20% polyamide, 80% new wool.
Dumet: 9% polyamide, 46% cotton, 8% linen, 22% wool, 15% rayon.

Delivery: This level of service includes inside delivery to room of choice and package removal. Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs in a walk-up; please let us know if you have additional stairs, which may incur additional costs. This is the recommended service for customers in multi-unit buildings or offices. Please note, customer signature is required and returns will not be accepted once successful delivery has been completed.
Scheduling: Customer will be notified of delivery date options via phone call and email and, once date is confirmed, will be provided with a 4-hour appointment window. The shipping company's contact info will be included in the email, in order to reschedule the appointment if necessary.
What's Included: Inside delivery to specified room, package removal, and customer signature required. This level of service does not include assembly or moving of existing items.
