Care instructions

Frame: Clean with a soft cloth or brush, warm water and a gentle cleanser, if needed. Wash the teak base using DEDON teak cleaner. To retain the golden-brown color of unweathered teak, DEDON recommend applying DEDON teak oil at least once in every six months
Cushion: While the covers cannot be removed, the complete cushions may be washed by hand at 30 °C / 86 °F
Protective Cover: Clean covers with a soft cloth and warm water. If needed, use a gentle upholstery cleaner. Do not bleach or iron. Make sure that both the furniture and the cushions are completely dry before applying DEDON covers

Shipment can be brought up two flights of stairs in a walk-up; please let us know if you have additional stairs, which may incur additional costs. Please note, customer signature is required and returns will not be accepted once successful delivery has been completed.
Scheduling: Customer will be notified of delivery date options via phone call and email and, once date is confirmed, will be provided with a 4-hour appointment window. The shipping company's contact info will be included in the email, in order to reschedule the appointment if necessary.
