Looking as strikingly contemporary as the day it was first created in 1957, the Arne Jacobsen cutlery set is truly a piece of history. Revolutionary at the time, the streamlined and minimalist shapes were a radical departure from classic tableware but soon came to define a significant movement within Scandinavian mid century design. The mattee finish of the stainless steel adds to the modern feel of this table knife and fork, starter fork, dessert spoon and teaspoon.
Arne Jacobsen is perhaps the most famous and celebrated of all Danish modernist designers. His work ranged from product design to architecture, textiles to furniture and has influenced generations of creative people ever since. His legacy truly deserves the word iconic.
The set of five cutlery pieces is made from mattee finished stainless steel.
