Woven cane:
- Take a cloth soaked in water (without other detergents) and wipe it on both sides of the cane so that it can absorb as much liquid as possible, then leave it to dry for a few hours without using direct heat sources
- If it is necessary to remove dust it is advisable to use a dry antistatic cloth; in the most difficult cases the cloth can be dampened, the cane must then be left to dry naturally
- On the surface of the cane, natural breakages related to the normal weaving of the material can be found. They represent the end or the beginning of a filament, not to be confused with the breakage of a single fibre. In this case, it is not necessary to replace the cane seat. Instead, it is sufficient to connect the ends by glueing them together
