LZF - Poppy Pendant Lamp. The Poppy and the Pod is the most natural expression
of design that Burkhard Dämmer has had to offer us
until now; in contrast with the concise, formal techno
tendency of his previous lighting pieces with LZF.
We could include these new models within a geometric
natural enclave where the ordered repetition of form
generates a slow rhythmic sinuous plasticity, reinforced
by light subtly coming through their wood strips and
escaping between their grooves.
The Poppy is defined by it's barril like form and is
available in three sizes, each one with it's own
personality. The Pod, on the other hand, comes in two
sizes, being more oval shaped and compact,
reminiscent of a fruit, a seed or a ... pod.
